本部門是三亞理工職業(yè)學院執(zhí)行涉外政策、協(xié)調(diào)國際合作與交流事務的職能部門，主要承擔：起草學院國際合作與交流工作規(guī)劃；負責外事接待活動及院級出訪活動的策劃及實施；拓展學院與海外高校、國際組織的合作項目，并負責校際交流的統(tǒng)籌管理，包括計劃的制定、協(xié)議的擬訂、交流項目的實施和運轉(zhuǎn)情況的跟蹤管理、服務；歸口管理各類外國留學生，包括管理規(guī)定的制訂、招生錄取、外事和教學管理、生活服務等業(yè)務；負責三亞理工職業(yè)學院各級各類海外交流項目的統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃和協(xié)調(diào)管理；中外合作辦學的聯(lián)絡、審核和報批；以及協(xié)助教職工/學生因公出國護照、簽證的辦理。

About Us

　　We are a department of Sanya Polytechnic Vocational College(SPVC) who has the duty to implement foreign policy as well as coordinate international cooperation and exchange affairs, such as drafting development plans, setting up reception for foreign guests and visits to other colleges, as well as expanding cooperation projects with other overseas universities or international organizations. We also have the responsiblity for the overall management of inter-university exchanges, including the formulation of plans and agreements, the implementation and operation of exchange projects. We are responsible for managing all foreign students, including formulating the administrative regulations, conducting enrollment and teaching affairs of foreign students. Besides, we provide services for foreign students' accommodations and make overall plans for overseas exchange programs of all levels and categories in Sanya Polytechnic Vocational College. Our department is also on the duty of contacting with other colleges, verifying and ratifying an agreement on the sino-foreign cooperative educational programs as well as assisting with staffs and students to apply for passports or visas to go abroad on business.
